Orderstar offers 7 days peace of mind guarantee (refund or exchange), if you have any concern or you have purchased the wrong item(s).
Simply return the item(s) in their original condition within 7 days for any reason or within 1 year for warranty repairs and replacements.
To return item(s), please first contact us via email (email@example.com) and request a return. An RMA number will be provided.
Once you have your RMA number please use strong and safe packaging. Put the item(s) nicely in the same box you have received if it is not damaged or use new box with tape on sides as we have sent it, so it doesn’t get damage in transit.
Please include into the parcel letter a copy of the RMA Document and a copy of the VAT invoice.
We may also suggest to keep a proof of despatch receipt at the post office counter.
We offer 1 Year warranty on most of our items covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage/mishandling caused by the user.
We can only refund or replace the item when we actually receive it back. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office.
Please refer to our Return Policy for more informations about the amount you will be refunded.
Buying an item all customers agree with our terms and conditions. If you are not up to the legal age of entering into an agreement, then you must not use this service.
